How do I book in to see a Specialist at Ormiston?

Some specialists get Ormiston Specialist Centre to book their appointments. Please contact the centre to clarify who you need to contact to book your appointment.
How much will it cost?

Will private insurance cover the consultation cost?

Every insurance provider is different, and different policies cover different costs. We recommend that you call your insurance provider to understand what re-imbursement cover you are eligible for.
Is there onsite free parking?

There is paid parking available within the Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare hub. There are pay machines on entry of both building A & B of Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare, as well as signage in the carpark with a QR code and link to pre-pay parking. Alternatively, there is on-street parking around the Ormiston Specialist Centre - please note that whilst this parking is free, it is timed.
Do I need to see the specialist before I can arrange to have a surgical procedure?

Yes. The specialist will need to assess your condition and discuss the right options with you prior to booking a surgical procedure.
